StoryArts Staff Training!
/The whole StoryArts team has been meeting throughout the week to get ready for camp! On Thursday, Left Handed Wave gave the counselors a wheat paste lesson. Camp starts at 9am on Monday! We're so excited!
StoryArts at the Education Professions Innovation Challenge!
/We entered StoryArts in the Education Professions Innovation Challenge last Monday and walked away with a second place prize and $600! It was exciting to tell a room full of education professionals and students about the wonderful things we've got planned for the summer!
StoryArts at the Arts Incubator's Summer Opportunity Fair
/We were lucky to talk to parents and kids at a Summer Opportunities Fair at the Arts Incubator at Washington Park today! Amelia made that beautiful banner and we got the chance to talk to directors of other wonderful programs in the area. We also got to make some stickers with some younger kids, transforming one 5 year old into what he went around calling "Sticker Man!" A big thank you to all who turned out today!
